School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)
The ESSA requires schools receiving Title I funds and operating a schoolwide program (SWP), or schools identified for CSI, TSI, or ATSI, to develop a school plan. Assembly Bill 716 revised California Education Code (EC) sections 64001-65001 to streamline and align state and federal planning processes and codified Federal school planning requirements in ESSA in EC Section 64001.
